These Terms and Conditions govern all access to JUMAO CO.,LTD official website, online inquiry, quotation, sample ordering, formal bulk order contract, production, delivery, after-sales cooperation and all business transactions between the website user (hereinafter referred to as Buyer) and JUMAO CO.,LTD (hereinafter referred to as Seller). All cooperation behaviors shall be subject to this agreement and the formal sales contract signed separately by both parties.

3. Sample Policy
- Buyers can apply for product samples. The sample fee and express freight shall be borne by the buyer by default; the sample fee can be deducted from the subsequent formal bulk order payment upon negotiation.
- The sample is only used for reference of material, craft and color. The mass production batch shall be subject to the confirmed order requirements, and slight difference between sample and bulk goods caused by manual processing is acceptable.
4. Payment & Production Lead Time
- Formal orders require advance deposit as agreed by both parties (usually 30% of the total amount) to arrange raw material procurement and production; balance payment shall be finished before shipment unless a special credit agreement is signed.
- Production cycle will be specified in the quotation. Force majeure factors including raw material shortage, power restriction, natural disasters and epidemic control will appropriately extend the delivery time, and the Seller shall inform the Buyer in advance.
5. Packaging, Shipment & Logistics Risk
- Goods adopt export standard carton or wooden case packaging to avoid damage during transit; extra packaging requirement shall be confirmed before order placement with extra cost listed separately.
- By default we arrange designated logistics or freight forwarder. The transportation cost and goods damage risk during ocean/air/land transportation shall be borne by the Buyer after the goods leave our factory warehouse. We can assist the Buyer to purchase cargo insurance upon request.
- The Seller is responsible for providing packing list, commercial invoice and other documents required for customs clearance. Import customs duty and local clearance formalities shall be undertaken by the Buyer.
6. Quality Inspection & After-sales Service
- The Buyer shall inspect quantity, appearance and dimension within 7 working days after receiving the goods. If any non-conformity with the order is found, valid photos and videos shall be provided to apply for after-sales confirmation; overdue inspection will be deemed that the goods are accepted without objection.
- For quality problems caused by our production errors, we support re-production, replacement or partial refund after verification; damage caused by improper installation, man-made collision, wrong construction operation and post-delivery corrosion environment is not within the free after-sales scope.
- We provide remote installation guidance and technical consultation permanently for all sold products, but do not bear on-site installation cost unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
7. Force Majeure

Both parties shall negotiate to delay delivery or terminate the order without penalty.
8. Termination of Cooperation
Either party may terminate the pending order if the other party seriously violates agreed terms and fails to rectify within the notified time. The liability for loss shall be undertaken by the defaulting party.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from website use and order cooperation shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, lawsuits shall be submitted to the people’s court where JUMAO CO.,LTD is registered, and governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
